
Need to miss a class?
Missing a class every once in a while is understandable as we are busy adults! Don’t worry so much about it, although ballet training is a commitment and we want it to be the center of our lives (ballet obsessed!), we have other areas of our adult lives that take priority. Check out our make up policy so you know what to do and what to expect for make-ups if you miss a class.
Class Cancellation and Makeup Policies
We do allow you to miss classes and accrue makeup classes — a few rules apply, see below.
Early Cancelation Required
When missing a class, timing is important with canceling your missed class
2 Month Expiration — Make up classes that do accrue have an expiration. Please pay attention to the dates of your missed classes.
You will have 2 months to use your make up classes
The 2-month timeline starts on the 1st of the month when your auto payment runs
(Example: Auto payment runs July 1st. Any makeup classes accrued after that date expire September 1st)
Avoid losing your class! Cancel prior to 50 minutes of the start of class.
If you are unable to cancel before 50 minutes, please note that you will forfeit that class and you will not receive a makeup class.
Please do your best to cancel early in order to allow others to join the class from our waitlist.
Please email if there are any extenuating circumstances should you need to cancel within that 50-minute window. Receiving your makeup classes is not a guarantee but may be considered by the owner.

How do I schedule a missed class?
Click on “My Schedule” and you’ll see all your scheduled classes
The cancel button is on the right
Simply click the ones you’d like to cancel and you’re done!
How do I schedule a makeup class?
Click on the “CLASSES” tab at the top and you’ll see the schedule
Find a class you’d like to schedule and click the “Sign Up” button if there is room in the class (You’ll see how many are reserved and how many are open underneath the class title)
You can sort the classes by level (Beginner I - Advanced II)
OR you can sort by category (Virtual, Technique, Pointe)
NOTE: If you’re being asked to pay for your makeup class, please email us. The system sometimes does not recognized makeup classes and we have to manually correct this. We apologize in advance.
Need to cancel your Monthly Subscription? We’re sad to see you go!
Monthly Subscription Cancellation Policy
There is no penalty or fee for canceling your subscription. Must be communicated by 27th of any given month to avoid renewed subscription and auto payment charge (Billed on the 1st of the month).
Suspending Subscription Policy
If you are hoping to save your spot within your class but there is a certain amount of time you are unable to attend, you may suspend your membership (1-month limit). Suspensions can only occur from the beginning of the month, you cannot receive a refund if you’re suspending mid-month.
NOTICE REQUIREMENT — Please be sure to notify Blissfully Yours Ballet by the 27th of any given month of any changes you need to make to your subscription.
