The benefits of ballet: Dance develops a variety of skills and can improve your quality of life, especially as adults!

  • Physical: Balance, strength, endurance, flexibility.

  • Cognitive: Memory, spatial awareness, continued learning, adaptability, concentration

  • Strength training, standing work, and even jumping work increases your bone density and may reduce the risk of osteoporosis - Learn More Here

  • Emotional/Mental Health: Physical activity improves mood, mental health, and physical health

  • Art and exercise: Find your self-expression and freedom in the movement rather than [only] working out in a gym (“trick” yourself into a workout that is more enjoyable than plain squats!)
